I have a diverse background that gives me an edge to bring a unique perspective. I'm excited to bring my life experiences to create and build websites and software applications. I consider myself a life-long learner who is always interested in expanding my skills and learning new ones. I look forward to working for a company that helps clients create engaging and intuitive front-end and robust back-end products.

After being in the Financial/Insurance industry with many different roles over a course of almost 12 years, I decided to take the leap and pursue my passion of being a Software Developer. In my previous career, I formulated strategies, improved performance, procured material and resources and secured legal compliance. Mentored team members, increased quality of customer service and implemented best practices across all levels.

Interests

I am usually outside in my spare time, even in the winter. Whether rowing, paddle boarding, or swimming, I love being in the water. I also like to hike and camp and have plenty of options here in beautiful Colorado. You can also find me rowing indoors, scuba diving, and at all types of concerts.

In my free time at home, I love to cook & bake all sorts of elaborate meals and treats. Unruly cookies are a specialty of mine. I have been an avid reader since I was a kid and am always in the middle of a book(s). During other downtimes, I am usually puzzling or playing board games.
